Our terms of service are simple and easy to understand. We'd like you to observe the following important rules:

- Don't delete retweets done via Traffup from your Twitter timeline.
- Don't churn. Agressive following and unfollowing is not permitted by us or Twitter.
- Don't create fake accounts.
- Don't spam others.
- Don't buy or sell accounts.
- Don't add any listing (e.g. website, tweet or any post) that promotes any of the following:
- Pornography or adult content
- Lewd or sexually gratifying content
- Excessive profanity
- Virus, malware or bots
- Illicit drugs
- Copyrighted content
Traffup reserve the right to suspend accounts that break the rules. Please note that suspensions will normally be made without any warning or notification. If you feel an error has been made then you may ask us to review the suspension.
We may change our terms at any time, so please check here often for updates.
We respect your privacy and do everything we can to safeguard your personal information.
Collection and use of personally identifying information
Traffup collects your email address, name and potentially other information volunteered when you either register or communicate with us. Also when visiting Traffup, our system may record your activity, IP address, browser information and information about referring site.
Traffup uses the information gathered for the provision of services to you and for improving your experience with the website. We will never share your information with a third party.
If you are not happy with your purchase and/or have not used any of the purchased items (points), you may contact us within 24 hours of making the purchase to request a refund.
Please note that if you have already used some or all of the items (points) purchased by you, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed within 21 days of acceptance of your refund request.
